FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative

The Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Leigh.
This is a hands-on role combining FLT duties with warehouse responsibilities.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a demanding environment and willing to undertake manual handling duties when required.
Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Picking and packing orders
- Using hand-held scanners
- Completing stock and warehouse administration tasks
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence and proven experience (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good level of English, including reading and writing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence using warehouse systems
- Flexible approach to warehouse and FLT duties
- All candidates must successfully complete an assessment before being offered a position.
