Hours: Full-time – 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
About the Service
Aylestone is a 7-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and diabetes. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including bus rides, walking, shopping and community outing, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading and coordinating a team to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care. You’ll support the manager and act as a role model, always ensuring best practice and a positive team culture.
You’ll:
- Promote independence and help individuals achieve personal goals
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
- Support with care planning, risk assessments and compliance
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Monitor quality, safety and regulatory standards
