What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a senior role within children's residential care (essential)
  • Level 3 or Level 4 Children's Residential qualification (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing budgets and service performance
  • Full UK driving licence
