University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL) is inviting applications from final-year nursing students who are due to qualify in AUTUMN 2026 and have completed clinical placements as part of a UK Nursing University programme. In caring for our patients you will be required to:
- Perform comprehensive assessment of patient nursing needs.
- Plan, implement and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care needs.
- Take responsibility for the care needs of individual and groups of patients.
- Recognise, prioritise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
- Collect, collate and fully accurately report patient information and maintaining accurate complete nursing records.
- Involve patients and carers/relatives in the planning and delivery of care.
