The senior FP&A analyst is responsible for owning the analytical engine behind Pure’s financial planning and decision making – from subscription and commercial modelling to board reporting.
This is an autonomous hands on role for someone who can turn complex data into commercial insights at a pace that matches the business’ growth.
The role exists to close the analytical gap left as the team scales, ensuring the rigour and speed of the financial analysis and forecasting keeps pace with the business.
Duties and responsibilities of the role are
Own and maintain the Abacum forecasting model, ensuring cohort, retention, and unit economic assumptions stay accurate as the business evolves.
Provide analytical support for pricing workstreams, including supporting on designing, running and interpreting pricing tests.
Deliver regular commercial performance reporting to stakeholders across the business, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to ensure reporting answers the questions the business is asking.
Lead-analytical deep dives into pricing, margin and commercial performance.
Strive for constant improvement in process improvements and automation to create more time for value-add activities.
