Your new role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of building surveying services, with a particular focus on project delivery and management. You will oversee projects from inception through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and ensuring the highest standards of technical delivery. Alongside project work, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for repeat business, support business development activities, and mentor junior members of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing and successful team.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be MRICS qualified or working towards chartership and possess a strong background within consultancy building surveying. Experience delivering projects across public sector and commercial environments would be advantageous. You will demonstrate strong technical building surveying knowledge, excellent communication and client-facing skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives will also be highly desirable.
