A Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist position is available with Seacroft PCN in Leeds.

The post holder will support medicines optimisation across the South & East Leeds General Practice Group, conducting structured medication reviews with direct patient contact and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes contributing to QOF schemes, safety improvements, and potential progression towards non-medical prescribing through CPPE training where required.
