What you will bring to the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated registered midwife with significant post-registration experience and a commitment to professional development. You will have:
- Current NMC registration as a Midwife.
- Experience supporting, teaching and developing midwives in clinical practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education, mentorship and workforce development.
- Experience facilitating learning and delivering training programmes.
- The ability to build positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- The ability to support staff wellbeing and promote a positive learning culture.
- Leadership skills that inspire confidence, innovation and continuous improvement.
