Hi, my name is Kathryn, I have executive dysfunction, anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue and joint pain.
I can be either loud and hyper, or extremely anxious and quiet, especially around new people.
I have a 10 year old child who may, or may not be around.
I do not have any pets, but a cat and dog live next door and try to come in.
I am smoker and smoke outside the front door.
What are the duties
- Helping me with the food shop and meal plan.
- Helping with meal preparation, batch cooking, washing the dishes and other housework.
- Helping me to handle paperwork and mail, chasing up and arranging appointments.
- Creating and keeping track of do to lists.
- Accompanying on trips out of the house to cafes and walks.
Requirements
- Non-judgemental of a dirty/messy house.
- Ability to cook healthy food to a good standard.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
- A Full DBS check will be required.
- Needs to be good with pre-teens.
- Must be accepting of inappropriate language and tripping over words.
- An understanding and previous experience with people with mental health/neurodiversity needs is preferable.
- Flexibility around daily fluctuations of abilities.
- Must be able to tolerate smoking outside the front door.
- Comprehensive package of paid training
- 5.6 weeks pro rata holiday pay etc.
- Available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
