The Role
As the dedicated Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service delivery across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the monthly payroll process from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation and payroll regulations
- Processing pensions, statutory payments, deductions and benefits
- Managing payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
- Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll-related queries
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience running payroll independently from start to finish
