The Stephen Longfellow Academy is seeking to appoint an outstanding and dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our pastoral team.
This key role supports the Head of Year and Assistant Principal in day‑to‑day year group management and student wellbeing.
You will lead targeted interventions, contribute to safeguarding processes and work closely with students, families and external agencies to ensure every young person is safe, engaged and able to achieve their full potential.
