Duties
- Manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring accurate stock control
- Assist with parts in and parts out activities, including warehousing and dispatch
- Collaborate with the sales team and workshop to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
- Support other areas of the business as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team‑focused attitude
- Ensure safe manual handling, including lifting items up to 30kg
- Work on your feet for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment
- Utilise inventory management systems to track stock movement and updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automotive parts advisory or warehouse role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for a Parts Warehouse Operative
- Ability to lift safely and sustain extended periods of physical activity
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is desired
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for the team
