As a Lettings Negotiator you’ll be an integral part of our team dealing with rental enquiries, repair queries, taking rents and acting as a liaison to our landlords.
Daily duties include:
- Booking viewings in the diaries for the viewers
- Dealing with tenants and landlords
- Managing administrative tasks such as preparing documents, booking appointments and maintaining customer records and filing
- Updating landlords on how viewings have been received by prospective tenants
The role is office based and Monday to Friday during normal working hours 09:30am – 5:00pm.
Salary part time: From £13.45 per hour - £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
