The role – what you’ll be doing
- Project Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring activities are completed in line with agreed timelines.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation and action logs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project meetings workshops and team communications.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder engagement and assist in managing stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations and other project communications.
- Escalate issues and risks to senior project managers and business SMEs when required.
- Risk and Issue Management
- Maintain project risk and issue logs.
- Monitor mitigation actions and ensure agreed actions are progressed.
- Follow up on outstanding risks, issues and dependencies, providing updates to project leads.
- Financial and Resource Management
- Support project budget tracking, reporting and financial administration activities.
- Monitor project expenditures against forecasts.
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling and allocation activities.
- Governance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards and reporting requirements.
- Prepare governance packs and project status reports.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation to support project assurance and audit requirements.
About you - and the value you’ll bring to our team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams)
- Experience in project coordination, project support, business administration, or a related role.
- Experience in supporting project teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
