  • Identify the most appropriate research methods depending on the phase of the service lifecycle
  • Help the team to build empathy for the service users
  • Support usability evaluation sessions
  • Use a range of tools to collect data, and write research reports to present findings
  • Effectively present your findings and related design/business recommendations and customer insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other members of Agile, multidisciplinary teams within a user-centred design process
  • Learn from insights from user research and metrics to define and improve the service, and explain your decisions clearly

  • Work with the Hippo research and design community to share best practice

About the Candidate:

  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of using different research methods (qualitative and quantitative) to gain insights
  • Working knowledge of user-centred design principles and practices
  • Understanding of a client’s strategic objectives and how the insights from your research support them
  • Ability to explain your findings and deal with challenges from stakeholders

About The Company:

Alongside working with some of the most talented people out there and on-top of a competitive salary, which we’re transparent about from the outset, you can also expect a range of benefits:
