A renowned non-profit organisation in Leeds is seeking a driven and ambitious Contract Manager to join the team and strategically manage the life cycle of the company's IT contracts. Please note that this role is 4 days per week (28 hour contract), with 2 days required in the office each week.
Your new role
The IT Contracts Manager will manage the end-to-end contract management life cycle process, including contract renewals, variations, and contract terminations. You will be the main interface between the organisation and its technology / ICT suppliers, so you will play a crucial role in managing key relationships within the supply chain. You will manage supplier's performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs and will work to address any potential issues which arise. The Contracts Manager will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, IT and Legal and you will provide contractual and commercial advice to support procurement activities. You will take the lead on supplier review meetings and will proactively manage relationships with vendors.
