No matter where you are in your nursing career, whether you've recently qualified or already have valuable experience, we'd love to hear from you.

We provide the support, training and opportunities to help you continue growing as a nurse.

We believe great nurses are developed through support, not just experience.

That's why we welcome newly qualified nurses and provide comprehensive training, mentorship and ongoing clinical support to help you build your confidence from day one.

If you have around one year's post-registration experience, your skills and knowledge will be highly valued as you continue to grow with us.

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' own homes.
  • Complete holistic assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
  • Administer medication and manage long-term conditions.
  • Provide wound care, catheter care, PEG care, stoma care and other clinical interventions.
  • Monitor changes in health and accelerate concerns when needed.
  • Work closely with GPs, hospitals, families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice for every individual you support.

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
  • Nurses with around one year or more of post-registration experience are highly valued.
  • A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
