The Clinical Scientist will be responsible for carrying out laboratory activities associated with fertility treatment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. The post holder will:
- Perform embryology laboratory procedures in line with established protocols
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient-centred care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and laboratory documentation
- Support quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Participate in service development, audits and research activity where appropriate
- Contribute to weekend and bank holiday cover arrangements
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes
