Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking two experienced Carpenter/Joiners for its Yorkshire team to carry out repairs, maintenance and void works across social housing properties throughout Yorkshire and the East Coast.
The role involves responsive and planned repairs, including minor plumbing, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting, with a company van provided. Travel across Yorkshire and East Coast, 8:00am–4:30pm, overtime for extended travel, and out-of-hours rota participation.
