To assist with a variety of tasks that enable the employer to live their personal, social, and home life according to their wishes, interests, and needs.
Support will help maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing.
About the Employer
Charlotte Walker is a 35-year-old single mother with a dog and cats. She enjoys music and spending time with loved ones.
She has Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), which can cause paralysis, stroke-like episodes, seizures, cognitive difficulties, and fluctuating mobility.
She also has complex mental health conditions that interact with her neurological symptoms.
She uses mobility aids such as a bath lift, walking aid, grab sticks, and a perching stool.
Main Duties
- Assistance with meal times, including preparing and cooking food
- Personal care, such as dressing
- Administering medication
- Supporting with exercises/physiotherapy
- Emotional and practical support during FND episodes
