We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to provide administrative and business management support across the DfT Estates and Property Portfolio and Advisory divisions. The role will help consolidate key activities, improve business delivery, and support the management of a diverse property portfolio and estates function. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, manage competing priorities, and ensure critical tasks are delivered on time. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience are essential.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Working with Group Property PMO to contribute to the management assurance process.
  • Leading on Group Property business continuity.
  • Owning the process for managing complex legal documents.
  • Providing managerial support to the senior management team.

Colleagues are expected to work with a degree of flexibility, meaning responsibilities may change to support priority delivery.
