The team plays a key role in supporting DVSA’s transformation journey, helping to deliver initiatives that improve services, processes, and ways of working across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues from a range of business areas, the team provides expertise, guidance, and support to ensure change is embedded effectively and delivers lasting value. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering positive outcomes for customers and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Create and manage a change plan.
- Regular face to face engagement with staff impacted by the change.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify issues that need to be addressed to ensure successful delivery of change.
- Coach managers to lead and manage the change agenda by improving the people capabilities of their teams.
- Identify any resistance to change and people related business issues and propose solutions to deliver the cultural changes.
- Maintain the development and engagement strategy with the employees affected by the change.
- Key stakeholder engagement with HR, Health and Safety and TUS representatives to deliver optimum solutions for the staff impacted by the change.
- Work in collaboration with other managers across all functions for the good of DVSA and to create a high performing and well-respected Agency.
