An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Obstetrics Service within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as a Band 4 Administrative Patient Services Coordinator (APSC). Based within the Women's Service, the post holder will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support for administrative processes across the Obstetrics pathway, ensuring patients receive a high-quality, efficient and responsive service.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive individual who can work effectively in a busy environment, manage competing priorities and build positive working relationships with clinical and non-clinical colleagues. The Obstetrics Service at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust provides care to thousands of women and families every year and is supported by a dedicated administrative team that plays a vital role in ensuring patient pathways run efficiently and safely. As an Assistant Patient Services Coordinator, you will be part of a busy and supportive team responsible for coordinating appointments, managing referrals and waiting lists, supporting service performance and working closely with clinical colleagues to deliver an excellent patient experience.

You will be confident managing competing priorities, supervising and supporting administrative staff, resolving pathway issues and using your initiative to improve processes and service delivery.
