What you'll be doing?
You’ll ensure streetworks compliance and performance through expert system and process knowledge.
Key responsibilities include efficiently organising and planning work orders in line with business KPIs and SLAs, as well as managing highways communications and requests to legislative standards.
You’ll oversee all list edits throughout the day, ensuring all legal and permit requirements are met, and that all forms are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborating closely with operational managers, you’ll *escalate* and resolve issues swiftly, maintaining high standards and strong service delivery.
