This exciting Administrative Officer role sits within Women's Services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and provides vital support to quality, safety, governance and operational improvement activities across maternity and gynaecology services. Based at St James's University Hospital, you will work closely with the Quality, Safety & Learning Team, matrons and multidisciplinary colleagues to support the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care.
The role provides comprehensive administrative support across a range of governance and service improvement workstreams, including quality and safety reporting, meeting administration, complaints support, workforce processes and quality improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
- Maintaining databases and action trackers
- Supporting Datix reporting
- Producing reports and ensuring governance documentation is accurate, organised and up to date
- Supporting oversight and governance groups by coordinating papers, monitoring actions and maintaining assurance records
Previous administrative experience is essential and experience within the NHS or healthcare environment would be advantageous.
