A female Personal Assistant (PA) is required to support a young woman aged 36 to undertake various activities and trips. Required for 60 hours per month/15 hours per week, the candidate must be as flexible as possible but must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday twice a month. Times and days will be discussed between us.
This young lady has autism, dyspraxia, and other learning difficulties which affect her in a number of ways. She is generally self-sufficient and mobile but is a vulnerable adult and needs support and care within the community. She is a bright and generally cheerful person who enjoys the company of others.
We are looking for an adult to act as a personal assistant to support her in undertaking social activities and trips away from the family home. This will involve the use of public transport. The use of a car would be beneficial but not essential. Mileage would be paid at the appropriate rate.
Pay rates are £12.60 per hour (gross) during the week and £15.69 per hour on weekends.
