- Ledbury , is looking for reliable and motivated
Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with the potential to gain a permanent contract following a successful trial period.
Duties Include
- Loading raw ingredients and packaging materials into production machinery.
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring food processing equipment.
- Adjusting machine settings (temperature, speed, weight, etc.) to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Recording production data, machine settings, and batch information accurately.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company and food safety standards.
- Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Keeping workstations clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Shift & Pay
August Incentive!!
£19.50 (After 40 Hours Worked)
Rotating weekly shifts
- Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:00
- Monday to Friday - 14:00 to 22:30
