Smart Solutions is currently recruiting for a Sort Line Operative to join a busy recycling facility in Leatherhead. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, offering consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to contribute to sustainable waste and recycling operations.
The Role:
As a Sort Line Operative, you will play an important part in the recycling process by identifying and separating recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt to ensure they are processed correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking selected materials from a moving conveyor belt.
- Separating recyclable materials into the correct chutes.
- Carrying out general duties across the site.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Maximising quality and recovery rates.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
