We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent automotive group based in Leatherhead, Surrey, for the position of MOT Technician This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a stable and rewarding role in a supportive environment.
The MOT Technician role involves working within a well-established workshop, providing high-quality MOT inspections across all makes and models of cars and vans.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with performance-based bonuses that can increase earnings to £40,000 OTE.
- Stable, full-time employment within a long-standing family-run business.
- Working hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, with Saturday mornings on a rota, offering flexibility including half-day options.

- Background in fast fit or similar automotive environments is desirable.
