YMCA Derbyshire is seeking a Lead Tutor for Practical Skills and Supported Internships to lead programmes, mentor colleagues and shape provision.
The role focuses on enabling young people aged 16–24 with SEND to progress into employment and internships.
You will drive Pre-Supported Internship delivery, coordinate across centres and collaborate with parents, carers and external partners to deliver high-quality learning every day.
