Key Responsibilities
- Lead the support, configuration and enhancement of CX Asset Management.
- Work with stakeholders across Housing, Asset Management and ICT to identify and implement system improvements.
• Support asset management processes including
- Datasheets
- SAVA assessments
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Stock Condition data
- Mobile asset management solutions
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Completed works management
- Equipment management
- Support and develop reporting solutions using SSRS, SQL and Power BI.
- Manage and troubleshoot system integrations and interfaces.
- Support data quality, data migration and system development activities.
- Provide technical expertise relating to asset compliance and forecasting functionality.
- Ensure systems support regulatory and operational requirements, including Decent Homes Standards.
