The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Goods In Team Leader to run the Goods In operation in Middlesbrough, leading Forklift Operators, Warehouse Operatives, and support staff to ensure safe, accurate receipts and smooth stock flow in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
You will drive safety, stock integrity, and continuous improvement, deputise for the Goods In Shift Supervisor when required, and collaborate with QA, Planning and Finance to support production.
