Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our busy CMHT Older Adults Team.

The role involves providing administrative support to service users, clinicians and other health professionals across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Process referrals promptly, ensuring accurate and confidential recording.
  • Answer incoming calls, arrange appointments and handle correspondence.
  • Take minutes on a rota basis for team meetings, MDTs, safeguarding and professional meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scanning, copying and other support activities.
  • Support the clinical team with general administrative duties as required.
  • Work Locations

Work may be located across Manchester including MRI, Wythenshawe, Chorlton and Crumpsall Vale.

Benefits

  • Pay Enhancements - 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays; 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025.
