- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
After Training
Rotating shifts
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for
- Operating FLT Counterbalance, Bendi or Pivot trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles in line with operational requirements
- Moving stock accurately throughout the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties
- Completing daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
- Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to achieve productivity targets
What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (Bendi, Pivot or Reach experience advantageous)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts after the training period
