What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils who are most vulnerable.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Primary phase.
- Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy.
- Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards.
- Have experience of leading others.
- Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward.
- Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners.
- Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trust's Strategic Plan.
