Overview:

Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is a hub of innovation and technology for our prestigious client. Located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, the campus combines a state-of-the-art working environment with a historically significant and beautifully maintained 65-acre estate. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cleaning Supervisor with a positive attitude, plenty of energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain high standards across a busy and varied site.

The Role:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to the team as required.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, together with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of work from both yourself and the wider team.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new employees and support performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Promote a positive working culture built on teamwork, respect, and professional development.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to motivate teams and drive performance through effective leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to provide cover for other supervisors when required.
  • A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.
