St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a clinician to support staff in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients with dementia or delirium across the care journey. You will provide specialist advice, evidence-based practice guidance and work with clinical colleagues to develop services and improve patient and carer experience.
