We are recruiting for a French-Speaking Customer Service Adviser to join a well-established and growing business based in Kirkby, Liverpool on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career or an experienced professional from a customer service, hospitality, administration, or office-based background seeking a new challenge.
The Role
- Act as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Providing support to French-speaking customers.
- Resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent French language skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
