This is an excellent opportunity for experienced

FLT counterbalance (RTITB)/warehouse operative looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long-term career prospects.

The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are keen to develop within a fast-paced food production environment.

  • Key Duties
  • Safely operate FLT equipment for loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Support ingredient picking for production using the FLT.
  • Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
  • Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
  • Recycle waste materials, including packaging
  • Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the production team.

Requirements

Essential to have RTITB Counterbalance licence.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Good manual handling ability.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
  • Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
