As Kitchen Team Manager, you'll lead an energetic team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences that keep our guests coming back.

You'll be hands‑on, leading from the front, cooking, coaching, and inspiring your team to hit targets and maintain high standards.

You'll manage everything from daily operations and budgets to team development and guest satisfaction, all while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate your kitchen team to deliver excellence and hit performance targets

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to keep operations smooth and efficient

  • Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and resources
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment without losing sight of detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
