We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team, contributing to the maintenance and preparation of our industry-leading equipment. In this role, you will carry out welding, fabrication, and equipment preparation tasks while maintaining company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Working under the guidance of the Workshop Manager, you will take pride in ensuring that our equipment is always in top condition and ready to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks on Airpac equipment, including the manufacture of protective frames and the repair of damaged items.
  • Prepare equipment for painting and carry out painting tasks, including applying decals to finished units.
  • Maintain the workshop to a high standard, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of equipment and reporting any concerns to your line manager.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain documentation for all tasks completed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Welding and fabrication experience - Essential.
  • Knowledge of compressed air equipment - Desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
