Hays Education is supporting 3 separate SEN trusts/schools based near Kingston, looking to recruit 2 permanent qualified Speech and Language Therapists and 1 on a 12-month contract, for roles available in September. These opportunities are ideal for therapists who are passionate about supporting children and young people with communication needs within specialist educational settings.
The role:
- Assess and support pupils with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver individual and group therapy programmes
- Support pupils with ASC, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- Contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide practical strategies to support communication across the school environment
Roles are available on a 12-month contract or permanent basis.
