An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager (temporary position) working in the Capital Team at the main hospital site.

This role is vital in shaping the spaces where care happens.

You will help create environments that feel safe, modern and supportive for patients, staff and visitors.

Every project you deliver - whether a refurbished ward, upgraded ventilation system or new clinical space will directly improve someone's experience at the hospital.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, collaborating with passionate clinical teams and delivering on tangible results that make a difference.

To manage allocated capital works. To support directly employed staff and external specialists as and when required to complete projects on time and within budget.

To ensure that projects are completed in an efficient and effective manner so as to provide the highest possible standards of service delivery within the resources allocated, ensuring statutory compliance.

To assist the Head of Capital to maintain and develop the estate to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the delivery of patient care, when not engaged in capital works.
