The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for the Intensive Care Unit to join the clinical pharmacy team. You will provide expert pharmaceutical care to critically ill patients, participate in ward rounds, and perform comprehensive medication reviews to optimise safety and outcomes.
You will also train and mentor trainee pharmacists and pharmacy students, lead audits, and contribute to guideline development for ICU.
