An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Administrator / Officer to join a busy team, supporting the accurate input, validation and management of data across multiple systems.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, methodical and confident working with large volumes of information, with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data across relevant systems and databases.
  • Validate information and carry out quality checks to identify missing, duplicate or incorrect data.
  • Ensure data is complete, accurate and entered within required timescales.
  • Navigate confidently across multiple systems and applications.
  • Support data migration activities, including checking how data fields map between different systems.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies where required.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling information.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and data integrity.
  • Accurate data entry with a consistently high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience of data validation and quality checking, including identifying missing, duplicate or incorrect information.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to process information efficiently without compromising accuracy.
  • Confidence navigating and working across multiple systems and applications.
