Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver structured literacy and numeracy activities.
- Facilitate targeted intervention through small group sessions and 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional guidance.
- Promote an inclusive classroom culture by building encouraging, professional relationships with students.
- Assist in the preparation of learning resources and classroom environments to ensure readiness for the school day.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting children, youth groups, or vulnerable individuals in either a voluntary or professional capacity.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of professional energy.
- Demonstrated flexibility in addressing diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a readiness to initiate the application process).
- Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
