The Role
- Support pupils' learning in the classroom
- Work with individuals and small groups to help them achieve their targets
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a school, nursery, care or support setting
- A passion for helping children learn and develop
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
