Here is what you'll be doing

  • Building and maintaining media lists to support client campaigns
  • Researching journalists, producers and media contacts to identify the best opportunities for stories
  • Developing relationships with key media contacts and supporting media outreach
  • Assisting with the delivery of PR campaigns from planning through to execution
  • Tracking media coverage and producing campaign reports
  • Drafting press releases, media pitches and briefing documents
  • Supporting client meetings and campaign discussions from an early stage
  • Monitoring the daily news agenda and identifying opportunities for clients
  • Providing administrative support to ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team across multiple client accounts
