Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Manager looking to take responsibility for a night operation.
You'll play a key role in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment, supporting operational performance and developing colleagues through effective leadership and strong team engagement.

- Key Duties
- Supervise night shift warehouse activities to ensure operational targets and service levels are achieved.
- Lead, coach and develop colleagues to maximise performance and encourage continuous improvement.
- Allocate workloads based on operational priorities, available resources and team capability.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, accuracy and efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support recruitment, attendance management, performance reviews and colleague development initiatives.
- Ensure stock is handled, stored and processed safely and accurately.
- Oversee the safe use, organisation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and operational assets.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance throughout the operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a
Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or similar operational leadership role.
- Experience working within a warehouse, distribution, logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proven ability to motivate, engage and develop teams.
- Experience managing performance against operational targets and KPIs.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements and operational compliance standards.
- Experience handling employee performance, absence management and training activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across departments.
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise workloads within a fast-moving operational environment.
- Experience leading night shift operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of warehouse audits and operational compliance processes.
