- Support pupils with their learning and encourage active participation
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Secondary Supply Teacher
- Ability to adapt to different subjects and key stages
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable, flexible, and confident in managing diverse classroom settings
